Watercolor with Wacom Bamboo Paper iPad App
Bamboo Paper and ArtRage App for the iPad
If you didn't get the Wacom Bamboo tablet for Christmas, then this iPhone App is for you.
Also, check out ArtRage App for the iPad.
It has many of the basic features of a Wacom. Or should I say it's a good start up program for the wait for the real thing. I was totally enjoying this App until I found out one of my Grandsons has the Wacom Bamboo and he showed me all the amazing features available.
And with or without a Wacom or Bamboo tablet, you can use your iPhone or iPad and download the App ArtRage. I've included some of my earliest ArtRage drawings of faces, as I take online classes from Mark Crilley drawing Manga characters from YouTube videos.
Now it's back on my wish list for special occasion gifts this year. In the meantime I will use the Bamboo Paper App for iPhone and iPad and make do.
This picture is my creation. I drew bamboo on the Bamboo Paper App on my iPad then designed the border using the PhotoShop App: PS Express.

Manga Style Ponytail - Mark Crilley Steps You Through Hairstyles
The hair is the most complicated for me. I draw literally, have trouble being free and creative, so the hair ends up being a stresser. I think I'm getting it.
Experiment With Clothing And a Hand
A Scenery Picture - I traced this to draw it to scale.
This turned out pretty awesome, I brought the original over in an art lesson and lightly traced in pencil (with the stylus) then drew in ink then water colors.
